  • After receiving your product, our quality service department will check and then we will process the return or exchange.
  • Your exchange will usually take no more than 30 days 
  • Refunds after order cancellation may take up to 14 days to process

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once we verify the details, your order will be accepted and the item will be dispatched. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we cannot change any details as we strive to fulfil orders as quickly as possible

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online

  • Shipping is free within Malaysia for purchase above RM150.00
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via J&T and DHL is 2-3 working days
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via J&T and DHL is 5-10 working days
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion periods.
  • All custom-made items have an estimated delivery time of 4-5 weeks

All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
