Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery and exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. The value of the exchanged item will be converted into a cash discount coupon for future purchases. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
For returns, customers are advised to notify us first at 01120509105 (Chinese) or 01116600610 (Chinese & Malay) by quoting the order number and product details. Once clarified, please have the product shipped to the following address: 32A-2, Jalan Dwitasik, Dataran Dwitasik Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.
Please note all hot stamping, engraving and custom-made products are not returnable or exchangeable once sold.
